G&C Finance Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Case Study

The Company

G&C Finance, with its head office in Solihull, is an offshoot of two very big names in the national property industry – Gallagher Estates and Countrywide Property Holdings.

Providing development finance to fund residential and mixed use developments, the Solihull based company has made a huge impact on the UK property market and has forecast support for a further £500 million of new development in the next 18 months.

The SEO Background

G&C Finance were conscious that their position with the search engines did not match their company’s high status across the UK. After an unsuccessful attempt to improve their ranking with the major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN etc.) the Solihull firm found Birmingham based WebsynergiDesign using the search engines themselves.
